PD policy at Methodia reflects the sincere devotion to improvement and growth. Methodia is committed to lifelong learning and it internally provides free training sessions to all mentors and co-teachers. Training sessions at Methodia are tailored upon specific needs and they serve as efficient success measurement tools. PD schemes are compulsory and fully free and they are all subject to continuous review.
